High’s Store Assistant Manager
What about Corporate Careers? At High’s, our family-oriented culture means promoting from within whenever possible. In fact, most of our corporate staff have spent at least 10, 20, and even 30 + years working in our retail stores. Inventory Associate
Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, inventory associates perform physical inventory audits at all High's Dairy Store locations using state of the art handheld merchandise counting equipment. High's Area Supervisor
Area Supervisors have profit/loss responsibility for six to ten High's Dairy Store locations in a specified geographic territory. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, area supervisors participate in a performance-based bonus program and drive a fleet vehicle. High’s Store Manager
Store Manager’s are ultimately responsible for the safe and successful operation of a High’s Dairy Store retail facility. Store Manager’s recruit, motivate, and mentor their assistant manager and store associates. High’s Sales Associate
Sales Associates are responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in the successful operation of a High’s Dairy Store. Sales Associates often assume the role of Customer Service Representative, assisting customers and ensuring that they have a positive experience at High’s.
